    The Amazon Devices Centralized Events team is seeking a talented results oriented Technical Recruiter with a passion for delighting both their business partners and candidates to join our recruiting organization. Specifically, you will work alongside a recruiting team who supports the centralized event sourcing efforts with partnerships that span all of Devices as well as other business groups within Amazon. This will be a sourcing recruiter position.

    Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • 3+ years technical recruiting and sourcing experience in engaging technical talent from a high hiring bar environment required
    • Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, business partnerships and candidate relationships
    • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to be a talent adviser to the business and worked in an ever-changing environment
    • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the business
    • Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
    • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
