You will work in a highly collaborative and supportive environment across all stages of an agile software development life-cycle, including architecture design, development, documentation, testing and operations.

    Basic Qualifications

    • BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
    • 5+ years professional experience in software development
    • Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or Python
    • Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
    • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with designing and building large-scale web services
    • Experience with service-oriented architecture
    • Experience with supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems
    • Proven results and a history of project delivery
    • Experience working with Agile engineering practices
