    Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Services (TRMS) team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager to drive delivery of projects with strategic impact. TRMS designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. Fraud prevention is a real-money game where our software and analytics teams strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers.

    As a Program Manager on the Risk Intelligence team, you will be key in driving investigations stemming from intelligence discoveries as well as escalations from Legal. You will also help write Risk Intelligence reports and case summaries. This role requires working closely with teams across Amazon and outside organizations to drive key projects and investigations from initiation through delivery. This position involves regular communication with senior management and Legal on status, threats and risks. Excellent writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. The right candidate loves solving complex problems, is passionate about stopping bad actors and protecting customers, and is a flexible self-starter with the ability to thrive in less structured environments / deal with ambiguity as we continue to expand the team.

    Basic Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
    · 1-2 years of relevant program/project management experience
    · Proven knowledge of the program management lifecycle and project management tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Experience writing reports to leadership with topics highly technical and complex in nature
    · Experience working in risk, fraud, or intelligence organizations
    · Familiarity with the intelligence discipline, fraud, eCrime, and the threat intelligence community
    · Has experience managing small to medium scale projects, from initiation through delivery
    · Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle multiple tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
    · Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    · High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
    · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
