Amazon's NACF Learning and Talent Development team is seeking a tech-savvy Instructional Designer with experience in eLearning development, assessment writing, and video capture/editing to support core business training.
The Instructional Design team is responsible for driving high quality training content for TRMS investigators located across the globe. This includes creating engaging process and tool content, including instructor led training, eLearning and self-paced learning, virtual classroom design, building tool kits, study guides, and performance support aids for all CF global sites. You will be responsible for working with SMEs to develop and make modifications to training modules (eLearning and ILT), creating/updating knowledge and performance assessments.
At least 3 years’ experience in an Instructional Design role with a focus on training development
Proven experience designing and developing eLearning training under aggressive timelines
Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
Proficient with a variety of eLearning development tools including Adobe Captivate, Questionmark, and Articulate Storyline
Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to create assessments based on learning and performance objectives
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field
Experience working as a contractor for projects with aggressive timelines
Project management experience
Experience with instructional design in a corporate setting
