    **IMPORTANT** This is an hourly role that is based out of Kent, WA

    Key functions include:

    • Facilitate Customer Connection-Fulfillment Center (C2FC) Program and other assigned programs using skillful application of adult learning theory to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development as well as efficient and fun learning.
    • Build partnerships to support our business through learning.
    • Design and deploy appropriate learning and performance solutions for leaders in the Consumer organization. Use rapid design and distribution methods (virtual, classroom, blended and multi-media) that best suit audience needs and which tangibly and positively impact performance. Adapt materials created for the classroom to e-learning, mobile, and social tools.
    • Manage collection of, interpret and analyze business data to report conclusions and make recommendations based on findings. Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans.
    • Participate in learning project teams. Build positive, collaborative and action oriented partnerships among SMEs, peers, and stakeholders to scale durable learning and performance solutions worldwide.
    • Coordinate onsite program logistics.

    Basic Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:
    · Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ Amazon experience
    · 2+ years’ of work experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, group facilitation, training and training design; or equivalent business experience.
    · 1+ years’ instructional design experience, including evaluation methodologies.
    · Program and project management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
    · Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
    · Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
    · Experience planning and coordinating training, large meetings or events.
    · Able to travel in US and internationally at least 25% of time.
    · Experience in influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
    · Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Formal training or education in Adult Learning, Human Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Training Delivery, and Training Evaluation is highly desirable.
    • Supervisory and Operations experience is a plus.
    • Degree in a relevant field such as business, education, organizational development, etc.
    • Prior Amazon experience
    • Experience designing or developing learning solutions
