Job Description

Would you like to do this using the latest cloud computing technologies? Do you have a knack for helping these groups understand application architectures and integration approaches, and the consultative and leadership skills to launch a project on a trajectory to success?
AWS Elemental, is the leader in software – defined video solutions. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for our Federal Government Intelligence (Intel) business. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales, business development, and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will manage our existing business, rationalize our approach, and put in place the mechanisms to grow our top line revenue, further driving the company to create products that meet the needs of our Intel Constituencies.

What you’ll do:

· Evangelize AWS Elemental products and services across different divisions within a managed base of target customers
· Work with intel resellers to build sell-thru relationships and to position AWS Elemental in key accounts
· Understand each account at all levels, recognize the decision-making chain, and build relationships with key players
· Work closely with the AWS Elemental’s Global Services team to identify, position, and pursue Services work with the goal of accelerating platform adoption and customer satisfaction
· Assist in business development activity that may be required within the target customer base to achieve company objectives
· Support government trade shows, speaking events, and other industry outreach
· Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
· Drive and prioritize product requirements based on customer insight
· Analyze sales statistics and project pipelines to determine growth potential
· Work with Systems and Support Engineers to analyze customer needs to craft and present solutions
· Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts and utilize Salesforce CRM system to track opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.
  • Working relationships with Intel customers
  • Undergraduate technical degree or demonstrated technical acumen
  • 10+ years’ experience in a sales management capacity; selling video-based products and services to intel customers
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts at all levels
  • Experience working with Intelligence Agencies
  • Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
