    Amazon is seeking a driven self-motivated, and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join the Fire TV Global Marketing Team. The Senior Marketing Manager will define our global video strategy, production, and storytelling approach, working closely with Product Marketing, Go to Market, , Sales, Engagement, Global Business teams, and Channel (e.g. social, retail, digital) owners. This role will build and lead relationships with internal and external agencies, manage creative production, and ensure creative exceeds a high bar and tells a consistent story – from product launches to day to day marketing assets.

    The ideal candidate will have experience managing a creative agency and overseeing video production, stellar communication skills, and a strong creative gut.

    Key Responsibilities
    · Lead video strategy and approach globally across all channels, and communicate with global stakeholders
    · Manage all aspects of video production, including RFPs/briefs, campaign planning, and day-to-day execution
    · Collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals, target audience, distribution, and measurement strategy
    · Work closely with GTM and Product leads to develop communication strategies and impactful videos for our Fire TV launches
    · Identify and evaluate new opportunities to drive new customer acquisition and engage our large customer base
    · Utilize deep brand and product knowledge to develop creative that drives business impact and elevates the Fire TV brand
    · Test and optimize into new creative formats, targeting, and distribution platforms with Channel owners

    Basic Qualifications

    • 7+ years of strategic marketing experience
    • Experience working with consumer technology brands
    • Experience with managing video production and agencies
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required

    · Thrives in collaborative environment, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done
    · Strong judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
    • International experience
    • Previous experience working within the Entertainment Industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distill complex topics
    • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to successfully inspire agency and partner teams
