As the Senior Manager of Business Operations for AWS Support, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of data/research scientists, business intelligence engineers, analysts, forecasters and program managers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading large, globally diverse teams that develop and automate metrics and KPIs, lead weekly business reviews, monthly goal reviews, forecasting, capacity planning and workforce management as well as lead organization-wide program management efforts.
This position requires a highly analytical, technical and solution-oriented candidate with a combination of deep business acumen, and knowledge of statistical best practices. The candidate must have the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to solve business problems and provide data solutions that are organized and simple to understand.
