Job Description

The Amazon IT Support team in Seattle is looking for an IT services executive liaison to join a team of engineers who provide IT support for employees at Amazon.com’s corporate headquarters.

The IT services executive liaison will be responsible for providing superior hands-on IT support for senior executives and their executive assistants, and directly managing relationships with this key customer group.

You will have a strong understanding of IT support best practices and technologies and a history of delivering superior IT support services to C-level employees.

Your top priority will be to immediately resolve senior executive IT support requests, which may require escalating issues and coordinating work across technical teams.

You will work with the Technical Services Manager to develop plans to build awareness of IT products available to senior executives, gather and action IT service improvement feedback, and deliver targeted communications and training.

The successful candidate will own senior executives’ IT experience and proactively head off IT service issues, provide the highest level of IT customer service, ensure customer satisfaction and continually improve IT service delivery.




Basic Qualifications

Experience successfully managing stressful situations, with demonstrated ability to quickly make decisions and take action to resolve C-level IT issues

Strong written and oral communication skills

Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook, hands-on experience with PC hardware, software, Windows 10 and Macintosh operating systems

Exposure to a wide variety of IT products, issues and customers including C-level, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels and (both technical and non-technical) in different situations

Robust IT troubleshooting and analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability

Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and telephony

Track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in a dynamic environment

Demonstrated skill and passion for operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on IT support experience across a wide range of IT technologies

Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, Print Servers, SharePoint, Casper, SCCM

ITIL certification

Professional technical certifications relating to Linux, Cisco, Microsoft, or other technologies
