AGS is seeking a talented Product Marketing Leader to partner with our Seattle-based game studios to bring high quality gaming experiences to Amazon’s gaming customers everywhere. Imagine being a marketing leader at one of the most customer centric companies on the planet aspiring to build the next big thing in gaming. You will have the flexibility to build and execute marketing campaigns that are big, innovative, and data-driven. Working closely with Twitch will give you direct access to the most engaged and passionate gamers in the world.
As a Product Marketing Leader, you will need to be a creative and analytical thinker with deep experience and proven achievements in marketing games and building community. You will create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, lead by example, and make everyone around you better.
The Product Marketing Leader will be responsible for building go to market plans and customer acquisition strategy. You will be thinking really big and finding entirely new ways to reach and engage with customers. At the same time, you will focus on analytics – optimizing and interpreting user attribution, testing and establishing various customer segments and targeted messages, while also assessing which channels are most efficient and where we should direct our marketing efforts and budget.
Within the first year, we expect this leader to:
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers
- Build and begin executing an ambitious marketing strategy for a major game release
- Develop new marketing channels through business development deals
- Design and build expanded marketing opportunities with Twitch and the entire Amazon ecosystem
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across relevant teams
- Conduct product specific business analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
