The HR Services Change Specialist will coordinate and drive multiple change management projects to support the implementation and use of a variety of HR tools and processes in APAC region. He/she will work with business owners and HR partners at all levels to design innovative change management strategies targeted toward HR systems users. The Change Specialist will build the playbook that will improve the impact of our global systems projects through the use of effective change management execution. This will require an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with experience building programs and delivering creative solutions in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Specific responsibilities will include:
Develop change management strategies and tactics to support the deployment of HR systems including communications, training, and production support.
Execute project plans, secure resources, and drive change management strategies; collaborate effectively across teams to define objectives and deliverables.
Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability; leverage technology to improve change management delivery.
Build processes and guidelines that provide subject matter experts with a variety of tools to implement and execute their own change management efforts locally.
Maintain knowledge of new change management approaches, technology and tools through continuous research to innovate on approach and execution.
Identify measures to define progress and measure impact; confirm return on investment and establish ongoing quality metrics.
