Job Description

Amazon's Corporate Collaboration team is in charge of the design and architecture of Mail Systems and Collaboration portals for the company. This team has created the largest implementations of Exchange 2013 and Sharepoint 2016 in AWS and are looking for a Technical Program Manager, passionate about innovation and the above systems to take them to the next level and integrate more automation and potentially other products to their service catalog.

In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex solutions, collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate trade-offs to manage risk, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams. The position requires working closely with AWS product teams, software development teams and internal business customers.

Responsibilities include large-scale projects and initiatives that extend and enhance the experience for every Amazonian.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+years experience managing complex technology projects
  • Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
  • Exposure to Enterprise scale and Virtualized environments
  • Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Mail and messaging Systems
  • Experience with Collaboration portals
  • Experience With AWS Ecosystem
