Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) team is looking for a Content Manager with experience leading high-performing editorial teams to deliver world-class content in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team of Content Developers who own the end-to-end documentation of operational processes, as well as messaging for buyers and sellers in Amazon's global marketplace. In partnership with your team, you will own the high-level content strategy for a large set of business groups.
You will manage a team of content developers to oversee deadlines, provide editorial guidance, and review content for voice, effectiveness and tone to maximize intended outcomes. You will work with other stakeholders to content team to fulfill requirements.
You must be able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to understand content needs, and then work with your team to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable balancing long-term strategy with short-term needs, and be able to provide regular updates to senior leadership. The Team
The TRMS Knowledge Management team updates and manages help content, including standard operating procedures, to support global fraud and abuse operations. We use data to make decisions about our content, and we advocate for the investigator experience while balancing advocacy with the need for action. We measure success by having clear and simple help content that answers readers' questions before they arise.
