This is a high energy, high visibility role that comes with exciting challenges and great reward. We interface with dozens of teams and systems across the company and our output is sent to executive management for shining the light on bottlenecks across the entire system.

  • Create, champion and track project goals, planning standards and working backwards plans.
  • Deliver planning insight by creating data-driven business metrics
  • Develop and track schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project deliverables
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs across a broad portfolio of features
  • Manage project planning, progress, and roadmap meetings with project teams & partners
  • Identify, build and execute mechanisms needed to run successful IT applications in a repeatable fashion

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations, or a related discipline and/or 3+ years of related work experience
  • 7+ years of experience running Technology projects/programs of an increasingly large and complex scale in a related industry
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as evaluating tools, processes, and metrics to enable continuous improvement in ability to scale, deliver, and improve applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail; you are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency and comfort with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project.
  • Project management, Process Improvement or Quality certifications desired (e.g. PMP, Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of the technical and UX requirements for international software deployments
  • Impeccable customer service with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations; a team player with a solid work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and effectively communicate technical information to internal and external customers who are both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment; taking initiative in ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
