Job Description

This key management role is for a Technical Program Manager to help us lead functional and technical work streams identified in the implementation. You will be responsible for driving a work stream that includes but not limited to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, Reporting, or Security. Responsibilities include working closely with internal and external customers to collect business and system requirements, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release and managing production launch. You will lead and coordinate global design sessions between internal teams and external vendors and drive your teams to develop optimal and scalable solutions. This opportunity requires strong written and oral communication skills.

The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical and functional background in Workday and AWS technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in a dynamically ever changing environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities. As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to be successful in this role.

Basic Qualifications

· 7+ years’ experience engaging with Sr. Executives
· Proven, successful track record of navigating through ambiguous situations
· Proven, successful track record of influencing across the organization and leading others cross-functionally to deliver on projects and goals
· Experience working with centralized teams on global projects
· 7+ years supervising/managing technical or business staff
· BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree (accredited)
