    We are on the hunt for a highly motivated senior digital marketer who will own customer acquisition. This person will be responsible for setting the overall marketing strategy, implementing it and track and optimize it based on performance across all digital channels. The role requires coordinating marketing initiatives with other cross Amazon marketing professionals to leverage relationships and establish best practices.

    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems). The role requires you to be a self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving, leveraging a strong marketing track record, with a strong drive for results. You should also have experience managing outside agencies and the corresponding budget. Customer obsession is a must.


    Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience multi-channel digital marketing, marketing communications, product management, and/or consumer products and services
    • Bachelor's degree

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA
    • Experience managing and delivering life cycle programs identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving key KPIs
    • Experience managing engagement and retention focused programs across diverse channels (cross-site, email, push messaging) and paid media
    • Strong level of comfort with the use of analytics to evaluate online customer behavior, expertise in A/B testing and optimizations
    • Relevant work experience in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and/or display and search marketing
    • Previous experience managing onsite marketing, email marketing, online advertising and social media campaigns
    • Regional or multi-country experience
    • Experience working with external agencies
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • A high level of attention to detail
