Job Description

Amazon Home Services is looking for a marketing leader to drive scalable marketing programs within our commercial segment. This leader will be responsible for exploring new ideas, channels, and tools, setting the stage for how we’ll do business tomorrow.
This role interfaces with senior leaders both within and outside Amazon. He/She will be expected to operate autonomously defining the future vision for how we showcase these opportunities and then executing upon the vision. This leader must be passionate about customer experience, innovation, and business growth. As a visionary, she/he will partner with Retail, Device, BD, and ops teams.




Basic Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing demand generation products, and/or a background in defining customer experiences
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features
  • Product management experience
  • 5 + years experience in product and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English

  • Comfortable with entrepreneurial environments
  • Excellent verbal,written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements
  • Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
  • The ability to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
  • Past experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
  • MBA preferred
