Job Description

Amazon’s People Technology team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of a successful early stage HR product, while helping to define the future of how Amazon scales and supports its global workforce across all phases of the employee lifecycle.
Amazon is migrating to Workday! We’re looking for the best and brightest Workday professionals for multiple roles to design, implement, build, test, and maintain what will be one of the largest Workday implementations in the world. As we prepare to kick off this project, we are hiring for all Workday roles – so if you’re awesome at something relevant and want to be part of the team, do not feel limited by this exact job description.

Do you have deep knowledge of Workday development tools and HCM functionality? Do you have diverse technical skills and are passionate about using them to improve global business processes used by hundreds of thousands of people?
The People Technology team at Amazon owns projects which support HR business initiatives to continuously improve the user experience of Amazonians throughout the world. In this position, you will work on an agile team of developers and analysts to build complex integration solutions using Workday and AWS technology to send data from and consume data into Workday.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will assume end-to-end product ownership over one of our technical products. These products might be Recruiting, HR General, Compensation and Benefits or Time and Attendance. PMs will be expected to dive deep into the technology from both a product and customer perspective. Customers may include developers, IT departments, or enterprise CIOs from the world’s best companies. To succeed, a PM needs to have technical acumen and a passion for technology. A technical degree is not a requirement.
