The AWS Finance Manager will support a rapidly growing global AWS Sales organization. This position will partner closely with the Sales VPs and Directors and Sales Operations team, particularly in new business segments. The successful candidate will help drive the growth of those organizations by providing financial stewardship and analytical insights into key financial and operational performance metrics. This role will be a strategic partner to the business to assist in evaluating new business opportunities, improving operational processes, and supporting planning / forecasting.
The candidate will be responsible for building and developing the models and tools to evaluate business opportunities, push manual processes automation, continuously improve internal controls, and drive relationship building across AWS. This candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and directing work and providing cross functional leadership across multiple teams and initiatives including other finance and operations teams across the company. This person must have a passion for detail and the ability to dive deep into the foundational building blocks of the Sales and Sales Operation Organizations.
- Deliver Finance leadership to the Sales and Sales Operation teams within AWS Sales function that is aligned with key business objectives
