We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support two Directors and their fast growing teams in Alexa Shopping. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, will work with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to changing workloads in our global “startup” environment. In addition to core EA responsibilities, this role also offers opportunities for international travel and owning and driving projects that are core to business. This position will work closely with other Executive Assistants within the Alexa Shopping organization and across Amazon, and the right person will have a "roll up your sleeves and let’s get it done" attitude.

Responsibilities include:
· Complex calendar management
· Meeting prioritization and large scale meeting coordination
· Travel planning and expense reports
· Assist with team supply/equipment ordering, catering/lunch set up, meeting set up and day-to-day team needs
· Plan and coordinate team events
· Office and space planning

Basic Qualifications

· 3-5+ years of experience assisting multiple people at the Executive level (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, event planning, etc.)
· 1+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination Experience (goal & project tracking, reporting, space planning, budgeting, process improvement, etc).
· Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of work with minimal supervision
· Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
· Creative problem solver
· Thrives in a fast pace environment
· Positive attitude and sense of humor highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

· BA/BS Degree, or MBA/Master’s Degree is highly preferred
· Experience working at an international scale for a large, tech, and/or start-up company
· Experience scaling & growing an international business
· Proven track record demonstrating ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
· Proven success supporting multiple Executives with different working styles
