We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support two Directors and their fast growing teams in Alexa Shopping. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, will work with minimal supervision and be able to respond effectively to changing workloads in our global “startup” environment. In addition to core EA responsibilities, this role also offers opportunities for international travel and owning and driving projects that are core to business. This position will work closely with other Executive Assistants within the Alexa Shopping organization and across Amazon, and the right person will have a "roll up your sleeves and let’s get it done" attitude. Responsibilities include:
· Complex calendar management
· Meeting prioritization and large scale meeting coordination
· Travel planning and expense reports
· Assist with team supply/equipment ordering, catering/lunch set up, meeting set up and day-to-day team needs
· Plan and coordinate team events
· Office and space planning
