Job Description

NACF ACES Ops Integration is the innovation arm of the NA ACES organization; we look to find solutions that the network does not yet have but needs. Leaders on the Ops Integration team are focused on the growing portions of the business, seeing around corners and anticipating problems of scaling automation and retail solutions before they arrive in the form of defects, safety issues, and decreased productivity in fulfillment centers. This team also embraces the ‘white spaces’ that exist due to organizational structure – problems that are seemingly small in individual scale, but when taken in aggregate across organizations, are material. Program Managers on NACF ACES Ops Integration will be required to analyze these problems and build business cases that help influence business and software teams across the company. These in turn will help business leaders to prioritize projects which solve these problems through new products and programs in existing operations and supply chain systems.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing fulfillment strategies for new business initiatives with complex operational components
· Launching fulfillment and delivery experience programs that enable a world class fulfillment experience for customers worldwide
· Leading internal product feature launches that optimize Amazon’s fulfillment systems and reduce fulfillment costs
· Creating and socializing analysis that helps business leaders understand the scale and scope of future problems across the network

A successful candidate will also demonstrate:
· High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leadership
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
· Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
· Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
· Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university or 4+ years Amazon experience
  • 5+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
