Job Description

Are you skilled at BtoB digital marketing? Are you great at mining data from customer interactions to optimize their digital experience and improve lead generation? Can you create dashboards to help the team visualize customer interactions and also provide analytics and recommendations on how to continuously improve results? Are you skilled at working with teams across the company to tap into sources of data and recommend how to connect disparate pieces to create deeper insights?

In this role you will be the lead digital marketing data scientist for the Game Developer marketing team and work across multiple products in the portfolio. You will define the strategy for how we visualize, assess, optimize, and improve our customer marketing experience. You will create dashboards to make it easy for the marketing team to see the impact of a variety of tactics. You will dive deep to provide analysis and recommendations to continuously optimize results. You will have the opportunity to work with product marketers, digital and events teams, development teams, sales teams and business development teams.

Basic Qualifications

· 4+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as product marketing, product management, technical marketing, technical pre-sales, or related consulting.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science.
· Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning, marketing content and new programs to attract new users.
· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
