Amazon Video is fast becoming one of the major global players in digital entertainment. We are changing the way millions of customers enjoy movies and TV shows through Amazon Prime, new releases for rent or purchase, and subscriptions through Amazon Channels. Amazon Channels, launched in 2015, is an OTT platform that supports distributing video channels like HBO, Showtime and Starz without a cable subscription on the Amazon Video platform.
Amazon Channels is seeking a talented Senior Program Manager to drive a world-class customer experience for millions of subscribers. We are continuously innovating and delivering an improved service for customers, and this role will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities to launch new features or address existing gaps with our service. Areas of focus include subscription management, content discovery and customer service interactions. As the business identifies new challenges, the program manager will need to define the appropriate experience and develop the processes needed to deliver. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with product management, UX, merchandising, customer service, operations, partnership management and executive teams.
A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical, resourceful, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership, influencing key stakeholders and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
