"Alexa, set a 5 minute timer for my chicken"

Alexa is the Amazon cloud service that powers Echo, the groundbreaking new Amazon device designed around your voice. Our group is in charge of making Alexa an indispensable assistant in the home, helping people manage their time and tasks and connecting household members. If you want to be a part of the team that will work to set and drive the execution against this vision, we’re hiring! Use your ideas, drive, and passion to make Alexa a member of your household.

We are looking for a talented engineer to join our team and help take this experience to the next level, including on the AVS-based consumer devices. Here success is measured by the quality of execution, the pace of innovation you help drive, and the increased customer satisfaction you deliver. If you want huge challenges to tackle and you’re ready to make a difference, we would love to talk to you.

In this role, you will have an enormous opportunity to make a large impact on the design and architecture of cutting edge products used every day, by people that you know. In addition, you will:

· Use your wide experience in building innovative, mission critical, and high volume applications.
