As the Senior Software Development Manager for AWS Device Farm, you will be responsible for all aspects of engineering and operations for the service. This includes design, development, testing, and deployment for new features and major service enhancements and for ensuring the service meets and exceeds all operational and availability targets. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing high scale, real-time systems, strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You will own all aspects of service delivery and operations and will hire and develop the team as we continue to grow our business.
