As an HR Program Manager for Time and Absence Solutions, you will own and execute product launches of Amazon's time platforms. The role will execute HR software and service delivery initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. You will work globally with business owners, technology, and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines and map those to global HR and Payroll objectives. You will drive project deliverable, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and manage project resources. Most immediately, you will work on a large-scale, new country expansion of a new Time and Attendance system built on Kronos Workforce Central. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Management – Develop project plans, secure resources, drive project schedule, run meetings, collaborate effectively across stakeholders and cross teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverable; develop and implement project management process and SDLC methodologies · Communication - Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis; provide pre and post launch communications to impacted teams.
· Change Management – Lead the execution of the communication and training strategy, coordination of activities, and development of materials
Project Delivery – Coordinate across HR stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to launch solutions, on time and on budget.
· Measurement - Develop measures to define progress and success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment; maintain project budgets and forecasts
. Product Knowledge: Learn the product, features, and capabilities and develop working knowledge by system analysis and data analysis
