Global Partner Program Manager – APN & AWS Professional Services Field Delivery Program

As a Program Manager working with AWS ProServ and our partners, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon’s infrastructure web services (Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon SimpleDB, and Amazon SQS) across AWS’s most strategic customers and our business partners who support them.
You will manage the global program that integrates the AWS partner ecosystem with the AWS Professional Services organization working closely with many cross functional teams within AWS including AWS ProServ, APN Partner Development Managers and Solution Architects, Sales, Marketing, Training, Business Development and our Service Teams. You responsibilities will include ensuring that our partners have access to AWS ProServ best practices, including the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) via online and in person training as well as working with AWS ProServ to manage a budget of resources that are applied to strategic AWS customers who are working with AWS’ top partners across the globe. This cross functional team will work to ensure we successfully deliver on complex joint partner engagements across a broad portfolio of use cases and initiatives including Mass Migration, Managed Services, Analytics, IoT, Business Applications (e.g., SAP), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Industry Verticals, etc. You will be responsible for managing a broad pipeline of engagements and ensuring that our investments meet aggressive ROI and customer outcome objectives. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
