We are seeking a proven and exceptionally talented individual to lead our digital marketing team. This role will build and manage a talented team responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive acquisition and engagement KPIs across online, mobile and offline marketing programs.

Success in the role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and measurable goals, and delivering programs and processes to scale while executing daily work at the highest level. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams and motivate their team to experiment, simplify and invent new ways improve customer experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, capable of delivering multiple projects at once, and effective at navigating others thru ambiguity and competing priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
· Oversee planning and execution of scalable digital marketing programs across all regions.
· Own and present key performance metrics on acquisition and engagement to senior leadership
· Measure impact of marketing programs on customer behavior, apply insights to refine strategies.
· Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration.
· Collaborate with other parts of Amazon including product management, business intelligence, design, engineering, to develop customer-obsessed features and marketing strategies.

Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or CRM
·5+ years of experience as a people manager; hiring and developing a team
· Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Uses data to measure marketing programs
· Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale marketing programs, inclusive of business cases to support.
· Influential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution

Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· MBA preferred
· Subscription service marketing and/or media industry preferred
· Working knowledge of SQL, including ability to write or edit queries to mine data as needed.
· Previous experience writing/reading XML, HTML, CSS is a plus
· Intuition for customer communication voice; adept at marketing copywriting.
