Job Description

Amazon Incentives provides businesses of all sizes with access to the Amazon experience by offering incentive and disbursement options for employees, customers, and partners. It is a highly successful and fast-growing B2B business that significantly contributes to Amazon’s profitability. Amazon Incentives, which includes Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Prime, and Audible memberships (and more to come soon), contributes to improving employee satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty, and enticing new customers. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to manage a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers who drive new business for our North America region, which currently covers Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of experienced Enterprise Business Development Managers to define and execute strategies to take Amazon Incentives sales (e.g. Prime, Audible) to the next level
· Plan and implement market segmentation strategies
· Possess a thorough understanding of the inputs and outputs of the business and hold the team accountable to its targets
· Define and implement scalable reporting to regularly audit and report on team performance against goals
· Write clear and concise documents that are reviewed monthly and quarterly by the global leadership team
· Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver against aggressive ($100MM+) new business targets
· Effectively build and maintain trust and effective working relationships with peers across different support groups
· Identify and effectively socialize ways to remove bottlenecks and optimize processes that help the sales team move faster and close more business
· Leveraging input from customers, generate and socialize impactful new product, operational, and/or Marketing ideas that help drive the business
· Partner effectively with Sales Operations and Marketing to test, measure, and effectively execute tactical sales
· Partner effectively with Product Management teams to drive product improvement ideas
· Present results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· 7+ years’ experience selling into Enterprises and communicating effectively with c-level executives
· 5+ years’ experience managing Enterprise or B2B business development/sales teams of 5+ members
· 2+ years’ experience using
· Strong analytical/quantitative skills and high proficiency with Excel
· A proven track record of delivering meaningful results and getting things done individually and through a team
· Strong sales and customer relationship skills
· A proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating sales teams to achieve aggressive sales goals
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (need strong writing skills)
· An ability to influence others
· An ability to close complex deals and help the team effectively negotiate large, complex deals

Preferred Qualifications

· An MBA degree
· An ability to think big and identify, test, and measure new sales channels/opportunities
· An ability to thrive in an ambiguous sales environment while applying rigor and solid judgment to make the right decisions
