North America Operations Learning and Talent Development is looking for an innovative, dynamic leader to act as the Senior Learning Business Partner to the Vice President of North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF). The role requires strong business acumen, an operational mindset, internal consulting skills, and the ability to deliver innovative learning solutions that drive business results.
You will lead a team comprised of Learning Business Partners (LBPs), each aligned to support a functional operations Regional Director, to deliver a broad section of behavioral, functional and technical development programs on a large scale and with rapid growth. These LBPs are responsible for formulating and implementing the strategy for learning and development initiatives supporting North American Operations. LBPs effectively assess challenges and build performance solutions, lead the development of training best practices and standards, enable solution implementation across the NA network, and drive execution of solutions within operations. LBPs are responsible for improving NA Safety, Quality, and Performance results, with a focus on both associate and leader performance. LBPs provide strong leadership and dotted-line direction to Learning Managers, Trainers, and Ambassadors across multiple operation sites in North America.
In this role you will build organizational capability, be a trusted advisor, facilitate working sessions among our senior leaders, and help drive Amazon’s performance culture. This position is located in Seattle, reports to the Director of NA Learning & Talent Development, and requires travel up to 30%.
