We are seeking an experienced Sr. Research Scientist to help build Amazon’s Social Advertising Platform that will power large scale advertising programs on multiple Social Media platforms. In this role, you will lead the development of closed loop optimization driven solutions for automated ad personalization, content optimization, ad bidding, and attribution. You will work with massive customer behavioral datasets and ad performance data, and leverage your machine learning, statistical modelling and analytics experience to scale and optimize advertising programs. The scope of your work will span across an organization of 65+ employees and will have global impact for Amazon. You will drive partnerships with technical teams and business stakeholders across Amazon.
