    As a Representative, Territory Business Development, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, working on larger deals and managing partner opportunities.
    The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of inbound leads as well as experience interacting with partners. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a high-volume environment.

    Basic Qualifications

    · Ensure high customer service for all inbound requests
    · Meet or exceed response times for all inbound requests
    · Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
    · Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
    · Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
    · Work closely with other team to grow revenue in assigned territory
    · Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
    · Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in Salesforce.com
    · Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
    · Ensure customer satisfaction
    · Limited travel

    Preferred Qualifications

    · · Bachelor’s degree required
    · A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
    · 2-5 years of technology related sales, business development or proven experience in project management in sales / marketing environment
    · Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services preferred
    · Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail
    · Spoken language from the region would be a plus
    · Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM application
    · Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
    · A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
    · Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
    · Experience working in a Call Centre would be a plus
    · Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
