We need an exceptionally capable University Recruiting Leader to lead our Tech and Undergrad teams.

As the leader of Tech and Undergrad team, you will lead the strategy and execution for hiring top university hires across North America. You and your team will effectively manage hiring across the tech and undergrad recruiting lifecycle of demand management, attraction, recruitment, placement and onboarding. To achieve this you will partner with senior Amazon business leaders and HR leaders.

Successful candidates must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, and use metrics to show results. You must be able to influence for change, thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Candidates will draw from their knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of Recruiting, HR or related corporate experience, with at least 5 years in a fast paced high tech, high volume environment.
• 5+ years of experience building, coaching and managing a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required

· Utilizes critical and conceptual thinking with effective results in fast paced and complex situations. Analytical, data driven/process approaches desired.
· Demonstrated innovation and recruitment thought leadership.
· Strong business acumen, consulting and influencing skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
· The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools.
· An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
