As an Operations Associate, you will work behind the scenes to perform queue-based operational work that help solve a specific set of customer problems. You will use newly created tools in order to enable an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and maintain sharp focus for extended periods of time. S/he will enjoy working on a team, but also thrive working independently in a queue.
This is a full-time hourly role with variable shifts which could include evenings/weekends.
