Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a global leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to build and lead the Strategic Sponsorship Program.
In this role, you will own the global strategy for building and growing Strategic Worldwide Sponsorship Programs across AWS events, such as re:Invent, AWS Summits and global Field Marketing programs. You will serve as the point of contact for key strategic sponsors and look for engaging ways to incorporate them into programs which drive high value ROI and a consistent global experience for these sponsors. You will own all elements of the strategic sponsorship program including: strategy, program design, communications, sponsorship activation/execution and reporting and metrics. You will work with Sponsorship Leads in all AWS Geos worldwide to deliver incremental sponsorship revenue and to ensure consistency across programs.
The ideal candidate will have managed a global sponsorship program and have evidence of ability to construct a compelling and clearly positioned portfolio of sponsorship opportunities, manage a global sponsorship strategy, deliver on sponsorship revenue goals and lead teams. This candidate must be strategic and understand how to execute effectively.

· Create, gain executive approval and drive the global strategy for integrating key ecosystem partners into AWS events and AWS marketing platforms in ways that provide strong ROI for sponsors and enhance the customer experience.
· Work directly with Partner Marketing Managers to understand and develop strategic, year-long sponsorship opportunities across major global programs.
· Set and communicate a Strategic Sponsorship strategy to a global team of Geo Sponsorship Leads to ensure adherence to best practices and a consistent partner experience. Collaborate with Leads on all aspects of strategic sponsor program delivery and execution.
· Supports Global Summit, re:Invent and Global Field Marketing revenue targets while owning individual revenue target as assigned.
· Design revenue and cost models for global programs.
· Dive deep to understand the AWS partner ecosystem to develop relevant sponsorship opportunities.
· Provide exceptional customer service to our sponsors.
