Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Experienced in industry standard testing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, JavaScript or Python
  • Significant experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
  • Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects, driving quality in every aspect
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to design and architect test solutions for various ambiguous quality challenges
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Ability to write complex test scripts that are portable, re-usable, and maintainable
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to review requirements, describe software product features, test plans and product strategy
  • Working with cloud architecture, web services, and web sites
  • Testing mobile and web applications with Java and JavaScript
