Our team builds the front end user interface and back end systems to power Video Advertising on Amazon’s robust streaming video platform with access from web browsers, smart TVs, mobile phones and tablet devices. We’re looking for an extremely customer-focused Program Manager who can help us connect customers with high-quality, relevant video content from our content providers to improve the customer shopping journey. This person will contribute creative solutions to the many opportunities that the video shorts and advertising business has to offer. As a Program Manager with Video Shorts, you will drive content quality and manage relationships with content providers in support of our retail and advertising focused initiatives. Specific responsibilities include:
- Translating customer needs and business objectives into a prioritized program roadmap
- Developing and testing analysis models and hypothesis to inform our content sourcing and promotion decisions
- Communicating our progress and direction within the team and other internal/external stakeholders
- Relationship management
- Process improvement
