Job Description

As the Business Analyst for Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Business and Project Operations, you will be responsible to deliver key solutions for HR Services strategic business initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and technology modernization.

Your responsibilities will include working across multiple product streams to ensure solutions support end to end business process and deliver relevant content from multiple sources. In this role you will be expected to analyze and understand the business process and communicate requirements by defining the business problem, identifying data requirements, translate business requirements into process design improvements and/or RPA requirements, design automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and techniques, create and maintain solution documentation, and propose re-engineered process designs as appropriate to maximize business value. You will be accountable to deliver fully defined and tested solutions

You will work with leadership, product managers, project managers, other business analysts, application developers, and HR partners at all levels across the globe in developing and maintaining sustainable business process configurations.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll systems and processes
Must be mostly functional, but with some technical skills for awareness
Experience in using analytical and problem solving abilities leading to problem resolution; results oriented
Must have Business Systems Analyst experience as a liaison between technical and functional system users
Must have experience writing functional specifications for system modifications
Experience with standard Analytical tools including but not limited to use case, story boards, wireframe diagrams, root cause analysis, and business capability maps
Experience documenting and mapping business processes
Experience with SQL and proficient in writing queries
Demonstrated knowledge developing test plans covering downstream impacts and regression scenarios
Knowledge and understanding of business change management concepts, tools and techniques
Demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development life cycle methodologies
Excellent problem solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve them
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Work, Power Point, SharePoint)

2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or above
Experience with large scale multi country business solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of HCM relational databases and table structures
