This role is responsible for improving how we capture advertiser intent via targeting and bidding controls, improving our auto-targeting product, and making high quality recommendations to increase advertiser demand. We believe it to be a high leverage area for the SP marketplace which requires both product understanding from an advertiser experience as well as close technical and analytical relationships with how we source ads and run our auction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

    · Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

    · Successful experience in hiring, people development, and managing large multi-level teams.
    · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable this leader to earn trust at all levels.
    · Extreme attention to detail and desire to roll up her/his sleeves while insisting on high standards.
