5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Exceptional written and verbal communication, and comfortable presenting in large groups and handling high-pressure communication with senior management
Experience with managing large cross-functional projects
Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Software Development Best Practice Advocate: you are familiar with and willing to influence the team to follow the best professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, continuous deployment, testing, and operations. Experience in Agile development and working closely with designers and product managers.
