We are in the Search Organization where we launch new products and innovation on a daily basis. Our team leverages sophisticated machine learning, data mining, and big data technologies to help customers discover the right products. Using customer research, user behavior data, and machine learning, you’ll work hands-on with your team to discover, quantify, and solve global customer problems. Your team will influence and collaborate on experiments with the research, design, and the development teams responsible for Search’s algorithms, software, and UI. You are responsible for hiring, developing, and career coaching technical product managers. Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, creativity, judgment, and negotiation skills are essential in our fast-paced environment. Product managers on our team have driven ideas that have impacted millions of customers. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be part of a close-knit team that is agile, data-driven, and highly collaborative. Outside of work, we have weekly team social events and we regularly get out of the office (rain or shine) to clear our heads and have some fun as a team.

Specific Duties include:
· Be an advocate for customers and work backwards from their needs.
· Lead and mentor technical product managers (PM-Ts); participate in recruiting.
· Influence senior leaders across Amazon and communicate Search’s vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
· Manage the product innovation roadmap from inception through implementation and iteration; establish success metrics and drive execution.
