Amazon’s Social team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to define, coordinate, and deliver solutions that enable brand new social experiences for Amazon customers. This position will involve working directly with multiple teams and services across Amazon. We are looking for an experienced technical program manager to define and drive the end-to-end development of features and coordinate the development of product components. An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong CS background, a passion for working on behalf of customers and the ability to operate independently and autonomously. Maturity, judgment, innovation, negotiation skills, influence and leadership skills are all essential. The broad responsibilities of the position will include end-to-end ownership of projects in the functional areas: generating product ideas, researching options, building project proposal, prioritizing on behalf of the customer, writing the design specifications, and driving execution.
