We are seeking an energetic and go-getter Senior TPM to live and breathe enabling skill development on new Alexa devices. We’re working hard, having fun, and making history! The right person for this role will have solid experience delivering successful projects, managing deadlines and risks across multiple teams, communicating effectively to stakeholders and closely with the cross-functional teams. Our environment is very fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, energetic, a doer, biased for action, detail oriented, and comfortable tracking many threads across many teams. We need someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves to take on the challenge of working with a verse diverse set of stakeholders and solving business problems. Someone who has the judgment and intuition and can think of all the right questions and when to ask them.

    Basic Qualifications

    · TPM with 3+ years of experience managing complex projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources.
    · Experience managing cross functional projects involving dependencies and bottlenecks
    · Experience in driving global programs while working with remote teams
    · Bachelor’s degree.

    · Track record of being detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to self–motivate and follow through on projects.
    · Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    · Meticulous attention to detail; the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering the quality bar
    · Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals
    · Ability to understand and handle rapidly evolving business challenges and complexities (without getting too overwhelmed) and be able to focus on the projects at hand
