Basic Qualifications

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to help resolve issues impacting core sales operations, scale and grow the areas of analytics, reporting and planning.
  • Help identify, structure, and lead key business programs across AWS including planning, quota setting, performance improvement programs, reorganization and resource allocation.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and key managers and lead relationships with AWcross-functional areas like Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.
  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel,, and other data management/BI systems
  • Manage and refine operational tasks related to Partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement and ongoing development of Resellers
  • Perform general data entry and data management
  • Build custom Dashboards in

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent working knowledge of
  • Proficient with SQL
  • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
