Amazon Seller Support is a primary interface between our global sellers and Amazon. Within this division the Seller Experience team owns the creation of help and other content experiences. This team is currently looking for a strong program manager with extensive experience in content strategy or new ways to deliver content to global users.
As a broader team, we provide global Help across 8 primary languages focusing on a great experience for our sellers - available to them in their local language and adapted for their culture and market. The North American team sets the tone for the global business by creating source content that is then managed throughout its lifecycle.
The successful candidate will own several challenges including defining and raising the quality bar of our content, establishing thresholds for when and how we create help, and evaluating the success of this content as measured through the organization's KPIs. She/he must be a self-starter who enjoys working closely with a global team of writers/editors, Product and Program managers. This role is part of a fast-paced environment where we're innovating and simplifying the content creation process. This is a high visibility role.
The successful candidate will interface with several teams across Amazon and help develop world class mechanisms to meet our fast paced business needs.
