Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver projects for cross organizational initiatives. You will be responsible for defining high level architecture and the strategic road map for the systems and components that your team owns. Your success will be measured by your ability to build feature sets that deliver a strong user experience for customers, attract and retain advertisers, generate positive feedback from those advertisers, and that unlock revenue opportunities. You will also roll up your sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and that end products meet our high quality bar.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry (experience owning a program/product/feature, scoping requirements, planning milestones, project management and working with technical teams)
  • 5+ years of experience leading software development projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and are equally adept in communicating upwards and downward

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity and / or background with the online advertising ecosystem
  • Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation, attention to details, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging mobile and internet-based media and its technology
