Job Description

Job Description
We’re looking for technical leaders for one of the largest storage services on the planet; you’re perfect if you possess that rare mix of depth in Development Operations, Networking, Systems Engineering, and Customer Obsession. It's difficult to find all these characteristics simultaneously but if you have them all, you’re highly valued and a rare breed! Come help our talented team scale for the largest, most demanding customers on the Internet.

As a technical leader of the Storage Services Operations team, you will work on mission-critical infrastructures, tools, and processes that enable our systems to scale at a rapid pace. One day might be a kernel module investigation; the next, Internet transit planning. You'll investigate and create new systems for scaling development and production. You’ll need to be sharp and impressive with your DevOps magic.

You’re right for the job if you're comfortable with deep technical Linux, Networking topics, and distributed architectures. You'll excel if you have enthusiasm for digging deep and a flare for sharp technical communication, prioritization and organization.

Together, we’ll deliver the next generation of industry-leading storage features and help every business from the smallest startups to the largest enterprises run on the cloud. We’ll design, develop, and deploy the most scalable and distributed platforms in the world. We’ll shape not just our own products, but the direction of the industry through our choices. Come help us change the world!

What’s it look like?
Your goal is to build and guard the systems that delight customers, even when they don’t know they’re there.
