We are seeking a Sr. Manager to be a part of shaping the future of global recruiting at Amazon. We want a leader to join our quest to build a best-in-class Recruitment product suite that will disrupt the current landscape of recruitment experience. You will help develop the long term vision and roadmap with a relentless focus on the candidate experience. You will use data and customer insights to design and build the best products for our candidates. You will also automate processes, build new applications, and manage both the Customer portals and the key system integrations.
As Senior Manager - Technical Recruitment Technology, you will assume end-to-end product ownership over Recruiting Experience products. As a leader you will be expected to dive deep into the technology from both a product and customer perspective. Customers and stakeholders may include developers, IT departments, or enterprise CIOs. To succeed, a Sr. Manager needs to have technical acumen and a passion for ownership.
